Joanne Skinner is Service Manager at Home Instead Taunton & West Somerset.
Jo has a passion for delivering the best care, with customer service at the forefront. Providing a service rather than just visit cover is essential to her. The care and support clients receive is deeply personal to Jo, which is why it must be of the highest standard. She loves to learn and is keen to develop and train others to excel in the care they provide to clients.
Jo is a proud mum of three and loves spending her spare time with family and friends.
