With over 25 years of dedicated experience in Social Care, Janet has built her career, starting as a Care Assistant, and advancing to a registered manager.
Janet, believes in developing her team by empowering them to achieve their full potential. She has supported members of the team to undertake additional training to become ambassadors and champions, this approach ensures they have the skills and knowledge to care for your loved ones.
Janet, promotes a home from home, friendly and family environment for our residents and their loved ones, she believes the team, family and friends need to work in partnership to have an holistic approach, whilst promoting independence and enabling residents to achieve their goals.
The Bungalow's home away from home environment and highly trained staff ensure that residents receive the utmost attention and care they deserve. From round-the-clock care and support to engaging recreational activities and delicious, nutritious meals, the home is dedicated to enhancing the quality of life for residents.
The team take a person-centred approach, tailoring services to meet the individual needs and preferences of each resident. Whether you or your loved one require care, or respite care, the team is there to provide a safe, comfortable, and supportive environment in a homely setting.
