She is a firm believer in promoting independence and assisting people to live a full and happy life, and encouraging the team to be the best they can be.

All of our residents have their own bedroom which they are encouraged to make their own. All rooms come equipped with electric profiling beds and furnishings. Should a new resident wish to bring their own items of furniture then providing they pass health and safety regulations we will do our best to accommodate this. |

We encourage our residents to partake in the daily activities programme at St Mary's. Activities are tailored to the interests of our residents as well as trying to offer them something new. If you’ve been a keen cook or gardener all your life we see no reason for this to change and our care staff will be on hand to support you. They are the only home in Worthing which has its very own private chapel, which holds regular community services. |
