Michelle Lecheminant is Manager at St Mary's Residential Care Home.
Michelle brings over 30 years of experience in elderly care. Her extensive background spans nursing care, residential care, dementia care, and physical disability support, making her a well-rounded and deeply knowledgeable leader.
She is a passionate advocate for promoting independence, dignity, and quality of life for every resident. Michelle leads by example, inspiring her team to grow, develop, and consistently deliver the highest standards of care.
With her warm, person-centred approach, Michelle fosters a supportive and inclusive environment where both residents and staff can truly thrive.
