Our care home’s well trained and helpful team provide 24-hour care and support to help you maintain your chosen lifestyle, adapting as your needs change. At Hazel End, activities play an important role and we aim to enhance our residents’ quality of life by providing a varied range of social activities. We pride ourselves on the quality of our catering, with our Chef Manager preparing meals daily from fresh, seasonal ingredients.

The home has 66 spacious bedrooms with ensuite facilities allowing us to deliver person-centred care in a dignified manner, while still promoting independence as far as possible. Each room has fitted furniture, flat screen Smart TV, telephone point and mini fridge. There are garden facing rooms available with private patio door access to the landscaped sensory gardens. |

Well-being means experiencing an overall feeling of happiness and satisfaction with life. It is achieved by being able to do all the things that please you. At Hazel End Care Home we aim to enhance well-being by discussing and arranging a personal activity plan with every resident that will help them to stay physically active and mentally stimulated. We also encourage every resident to stay connected with their loved ones and their social activities outside the home, as well as to make new friends within it. We have a packed activities calendar that is sure to suit all tastes and abilities. It's important to us that our residents maintain their health as well as their sense of fun. Trips, outings and activities are arranged regularly at Hazel End Care Home. We enjoy keeping our residents busy, so there's always something interesting going on such as theatre trips, shopping excursions and day trips to interesting places. |
