Meet The Manager

Leah Warren is Deputy Manager at Earlsfield Court.

What I do: My main duty is to guide the care team and ensure a high quality of care is delivered and maintained to our lovely residents. I also organise and lead the home in the general manager’s absence.

Experience: I have worked in private healthcare for 9 years, starting out as a care assistant at the age of 18 and working my way up through the ranks to where I am currently. I have completed many training courses and NVQs along the way to enhance my knowledge and skills, so I am able to pass these on to our team members so as to ensure an excellent experience for our residents.

About me: I have lived in Eastbourne all my life and live with my partner and two dogs Ralph and Rosco. In my spare time, I enjoy going for long dog walks and meeting with friends.

I look forward to welcoming you to Earlsfield Court and ensuring your loved ones are well cared for.
