Rosemarie Duncan is Registered Care Manager at Caremark Bromley.
As we know, working in social care is more than a job, it’s a profession! It takes a certain type of person, someone with fortitude, courage, a bright disposition, and an irresistible passion to succeed. These are all the qualities that Rosemarie possesses as a great manager and leader. upholding quality and business development as per CQC standards.
Rosemarie started off her career as a domiciliary care worker only a few years after moving to the United Kingdom, with no previous experience in an industry that was still unrecognized at the time. Over a 20 years span, Rosemarie has transcended from domiciliary care worker to manager of the company she started with, to Registered Manager at Caremark Bromley which delivers over 5000 weekly hours.
Since our establishment in 2011, we’ve been dedicated to reshaping lives through exceptional care.
With a rich background spanning 20 years in Social Care, our team has empowered vulnerable adults and young people, making us a prominent name in adult social care in the Bromley area.
Our commitment goes beyond the ordinary – we’ve extended our care to reach vulnerable young people, assisting with Autism and Asperger’s Syndrome care, creating an inclusive community approach.
Our trained care assistants are equipped to handle diverse care needs, ensuring every age group receives the attention they deserve. They also undergo additional training with accredited courses, such as Team Teach, which equips our staff with knowledge and techniques to deal with behaviours that challenge. We’re focused on continuously evolving to be able to bring the best person-centred care for each customer.
