Pradeep D'cruz is The Home Manager at Carlton Court Care Home.

As the Home Manager, my main focus is to ensure our wonderful residents' care needs are met. My team of nurses, carers and I hold a genuine passion for supporting our residents. I have been in the healthcare profession for over 12 years and really feel accomplished every single day, to me there is no better place to be other than here at Carlton Court.
