Ronan Green is Home Manager at L’Hermitage.
"I have 40 years of experience in various fields, from paediatrics at Great Ormond Street Hospital to overseas work in Palestine, South Africa, and Thailand. For 20 years, I have worked in Care Home facilities, with an emphasis on promoting excellence and adopting a more personalised and holistic approach.
I work in my residents’ home; they have chosen to live here, and it is a privilege for me to be a part of their lives and contribute to their overall well-being. I hope I make a positive change that the residents can relate to; even the smallest gesture is important. Seeing our residents and my team laughing and smiling brings me great joy!
I believe in a kind and calm approach, which is essential to imbuing a sense of tranquility. This approach resonates with all who live and visit Beaumont Villa and L’Hermitage, and this translates to improved relationships with all who visit the community."
At L’Hermitage Care Home in St Peter, Jersey, we provide the highest standard of residential and nursing care for up to 42 elderly people in a stunning purpose-built care home. We are located in the L’Hermitage Gardens Retirement Village.

Connectivity for resident testing, monitoring & communications |

Infection control and the safety of both residents and staff often requires quarantine measures and the isolation of care home residents. To test, monitor and allow residents to communicate with relatives, the prevalence of room-level connectivity within the home is becoming increasingly relevant.
