Pathways to Hope offers the services of highly skilled professional carers or personal assistants who visit your home to assist you with an extensive range of tasks.

These include getting out of bed in the morning, washing, dressing, and maintaining personal grooming, such as brushing your hair. We also provide support with toileting and using continence aids, preparing meals and drinks, as well as help with eating and drinking. Our team can also pick up your prescriptions, give or prompt you to take your prescribed medication, carry out health-related tasks as agreed with medical practitioners or community nurses, and provide nursing care from a registered nurse.
