Meet The Manager

Tracey Eaton is Registered Manager at Cromwell Court Care Home.

Hi, my name is Tracey. I am the registered manager at Cromwell Court.

I have been the Manager here for 4 years, although I have worked at Cromwell for 7 years. I have been working in care for 34 years, in mostly dementia residential settings.

I absolutely love my job at Cromwell Court and pride myself on knowing everyone of our residents, and I have good relationships with the families of our residents.

I have a brilliant team of staff who all give 100% to their roles.

I believe everyone should be treated as an induvial and we fully promote person centred care. I feel I am very approachable to staff and visitors which reflects on the reviews we receive.
