Regulator's Rating Good

The company was started in 1999 by the managing Director, Andrew Key, in a small office at Eanam Wharf in Blackburn and quickly gained a reputation for providing quality care and support to people in the community in Blackburn.

They were one of the first home care companies to be awarded the Investors In People award and have pursued our objective to always do better, pushing back at the barriers that inhibit improvement.

You can see this in our achievements over the years by successfully challenging the way medications were administered in the community for the better as well as gaining a nationally recognised NHS End of Life Accreditation with East Lancashire Hospice. We also improved the support we give to all our staff so that our care professionals can develop their skills, expertise and capabilities. Our customers include private individuals, social services, the clinical
commissioning group, solicitors and health professionals.

We can also provide enahnced care services to include those clients that need complex and clinical care. This has been made possible by gaining an additional registration from the Care Quality Commission.
