Tracy Ferrier is the Manager at Church View Nursing Home.

Tracy Ferrier is the registered manager, has completed Diplomas in care level 2, 3 and 4 and also completed Registered Managers award.
Tracy started in care from the age of 16 and has worked her way up and managed various sized settings being residential homes, Dementia care homes and Nursing homes. Tracy has worked in homes requiring improvement, turning them around in being rated as Good by the Care Quality Commission.

Welcome to Church View Care & Nursing Home Church View is a lovely care home in a quiet residential area on the outskirts of Stratton St Margaret, Swindon. Run by well-established local care providers Coate Water Care, Church View is staffed by a highly dedicated team of care professionals who work tirelessly to provide the safe, caring and friendly environment all of our residents and day care visitors deserve.
Coate Water Care operate electronic care planning and medication administration systems. This gives relatives peace of mind that everything is being managed as it should be and that care planning and care delivery achieve the highest possible standards.
Coate Water Care invest heavily in staff training and development. We encourage and support staff to progress within the company. We achieved National Care Association “Member of the Year” in 2019, partly due to our staff training and development programmes

A physically active lifestyle can significantly improve people’s quality of life at all stages of dementia. Some residents enjoy sitting peacefully with their favourite carer in our lovely conservatory overlooking the garden. Others keep active with live music sessions, baking classes, sensory gardening, hair & beauty treatment and exercise sessions. Church View has two dedicated Activities Co-ordinators who work very close with our residents and their families to develop a person centred programme of activities which are tailored around their hobbies, interests and life history. The activities staff work closely with the local community and regularly have engagements in the home as well as in the community. Activities we offer are: Therapy dog visits, entertainment, Church Services, Bingo, Cards, Arts and crafts, Cooking, School visits, Gardening and much more |
