Jacob Bindura is General Manager at Claremont Parkway.
Hi, my name is Jacob and I am the General Manager here at Claremont Parkway Care Home - Welcome to our website.
My career in care started in a care home setting firing my passion for all aspects of care, which led to me training as a registered nurse. Since qualifying as a registered nurse in 2007 at St Bartholomew School of Nursing, London, my experience ranges from working in care homes and our beloved NHS.
I've been an emergency nurse for several years before working in urgent care centre as an Advanced Nurse Practitioner and Deputy Quality Lead. It is a privilege and honour to lead the team here at Claremont Parkway, as General Manager I bring with me passion, knowledge, skills and a caring nature that has been cultivated over the years.
Claremont Parkway Care Home is a modern and spacious care home in Kettering, near to local amenities and open green spaces. Our warm and inviting home benefited from an extensive refurbishment in 2022, providing the home with a modern, tasteful interior, beautiful bedrooms and more shared areas for socialising, entertainment and activities. Our highly trained and caring team offer 24-hour support for individuals with residential care needs or nursing requirements, as well as people seeking a friendly respite break.
Our homes is surrounded by landscaped gardens to three sides, with a patio area, vegetable patch and a raised bed where residents may grow their own plants.

Connectivity for resident testing, monitoring & communications |

Infection control and the safety of both residents and staff often requires quarantine measures and the isolation of care home residents. To test, monitor and allow residents to communicate with relatives, the prevalence of room-level connectivity within the home is becoming increasingly relevant. Activities Are So Important |
---|
Activities are the cornerstone of a wholesome home experience, and our Activities Coordinators are always putting their creative minds to the test by organising new and exciting social events for residents to partake in. Of course, we take into account the likes and dislikes of those we support, so if someone doesn’t feel like trying something new, there will always be something on offer to reflect their personal interests. For the people who may just prefer some peace and quiet instead, we also offer one-to-one time that can be enjoyed with a nice cup of coffee or just a simple chat – whatever they desire. |
