Nikki Allen is General Manager at Collingtree Park.
Hello, my name is Nikki, and I am the General Manager here at Collingtree Park Care Home. Welcome to our Website!
I truly believe in the values of Barchester Healthcare and alongside the qualified team here at Collingtree Park we are committed to delivering the very highest standard of care, and life enrichment our residents deserve. I have worked within the home since 2014, starting as a senior care assistant and progressing through to team leader, deputy and now the general manager.
I work closely with all departments to ensure that as well as the residents, the team are also supported and nurtured to ensure the best possible service is provided. My vision for the home is to continue to deliver the best possible standards of care, enriching the lives of our residents and empowering the staff to deliver a premium lifestyle throughout the home.
Collingtree Park is a purpose-built residential care home, specifically designed to provide excellent residential and nursing care to older people, including individuals living with dementia. Alongside this, we offer respite services to provide relief for carers or a break from day-to-day life. Our motivated team focus on the individual needs of residents with personal care plans for each person in the home. Family and friends are welcome anytime to our home and to our monthly family meetings, where all ideas and suggestions are enthusiastically received.
The home is built on two levels, with ample parking to the front and landscaped gardens to the rear, accessible to residents for our summer activities. Major refurbishments at the home have seen a bright new reception area, perfect for socialising or taking part in one of our many daily activities. Our beautiful dining room is a wonderful place to enjoy a home-made lunch and our bedrooms are comfortable, tastefully decorated, and all furnished with en-suite facilities.
The home is conveniently located close to junction 15 off the M1, and only a few miles away from all the amenities Northampton has to offer. We welcome visitors at any time and are happy to offer helpful advice if we can, so please feel free to call us or to drop in.

Infection control and the safety of both residents and staff often requires quarantine measures and the isolation of care home residents. To test, monitor and allow residents to communicate with relatives, the prevalence of room-level connectivity within the home is becoming increasingly relevant. Activities Are So Important |
---|
Our specialist activities staff are committed to organising a mix of activities and events for residents and the local community to get involved in, including trips out to local places of interest in our minibus and visits from entertainers and musicians. It is important to us that each individual who we support can get as much from these as they can, so we try our best to arrange activities that reflect their interests and capabilities as best as possible, and encourage them to participate in any way they can. We also encourage relatives to join in with activities and events as often as they can. |
