Kathryn is The Home Manager at Norley Hall Care Home.
Kathryn has been in the health and social care sector for over 30 years now, starting out as a young care assistant at just the age of 19. It was while working with dementia residents especially that she found her calling and knew that this was what she wanted to do.
From assistant cook to carer to senior, working as a theatre assistant in the hospital environment also, working her way up to home manager almost 8years ago.
She has achieved all NVQs in health and social care from 2 to 4 and up to a Diploma level 5 in Leadership and Management.
She is a very interactive manager and loves nothing better than to sit and chat with each of the residents that we care for at Windsor house. Her aim is that each and every one of them feels like part of our family.
She is very cheerful and positive and leads by example, to deliver the highest standard of care possible.
