Kim Retter is Registered Manager at Compton View Residential Care Home.

Coming from a managerial background, Kim’s experience is conveyed in our home through her vibrant and bubbly personality, as well as caring for all the residents individually. She has experience of medical issues and regularly liaises with members of the multi-disciplinary team to ensure the very best care for our residents. She loves her job and it shows!

Compton View is a small, family-run residential care home for the elderly in Yeovil, Somerset. The smell of home cooking greets you as you enter and the sound of laughter can be heard from any of the cosy bedrooms as the friendly community of staff set about their busy day.

Our senior living home is the perfect place for your loved ones to live out their retirement or live with assistance from our team of carers. Surrounded by friendship and an extensive daily activity schedule, your elderly relatives are sure to find comfort in our home-from-home care home.

Our Building and Facilities

Our lovely Victorian house, set in a quiet residential areas of Yeovil, retains many of it's charming original features. Each room is individually decorated to a modern standard and fifteen of the seventeen rooms have en-suite facilities.

Compton View Care Home has the benefit of great views out over the countryside, as well as the football field at Bucklers Mead where there's usually a game going on, whatever the weather.
