Debbie Spokes is The Registered Manager at Country Lodge Nursing Home.
Hello, I am Debbie Spokes, the Registered Manager here at Country Lodge since 2004. I have been a nurse for 35+ years, working in the NHS, before moving to the private sector. Delivering exemplary care and creating a 'home from home' environment has always remained my highest priority. I am very proud of our wonderful team, built over many years and have never stopped enjoying making a difference to peoples lives.
I do hope you will come and see what we have to offer here. You will receive a warm welcome!
Country Lodge Nursing Home is a converted and extended Sussex Barn in the quaint village of High Salvington, on the edge of Worthing. We offer permanent and respite nursing care to those over the age of 65 years.
The quality of care provided to residents combined with beautiful views over the South Downs National Park provides a wonderful home. The Registered Manager is Debbie Spokes who has over 15 years experience in Care and Management and is a registered RN herself.
We can think of many reasons to chose Country Lodge for your loved one, but our relatives and residents regularly list these five in their feedback: Our care, our food, our size and our activities and parties.
We are located in the South Downs National Park area, protected for it’s outstanding beauty and our garden is the perfect threshold from which to view it – carefully curated year round by a team of expert gardeners.
Our food is designed around Residents’ requests and made from scratch with fresh, locally sourced produce.
Our small size means we have a relatively small staff team creating a homely, community feel.
Our weekly activities and parties are high points for all our Residents who choose to participate. Do follow us on facebook to get a flavour of what we provide: https://www.facebook.com/Count...
