Meet The Manager

Sudhir Sijapati is Home Manager at Coxhill Manor Nursing and Residential Home.

I am proud to lead an enthusiastic and compassionate team, who are passionate about what they do and dedicated in providing excellent care to our residents.

I feel fortunate to work alongside such caring and skilled individuals who strive to care for the residents with the love and kindness we would expect for our own family.

I have gained over 11 years of experience working within healthcare, starting my journey as a care assistant. I hold a Masters in Nursing and Healthcare and a qualification in health and social care.

I am passionate about wellbeing and happiness for all our residents and staff. As the Home Manager, I lead by example to promote a highly motivated team and deliver person-centred care to our residents. I firmly believe that every resident should be involved in all decisions relating to their own care and should have as many opportunities as possible to live life as actively and independently as they choose.
