Selvarajen, who is best known as Kelvin has been with us since 2005. Kelvin has over 18 years of care experience and become manager of the home in 2018. Kelvin has a calm nature, is great with all staff members and residents. He is a natural leader, who is respected by his peers, a true professional and has led crossways successfully for many years.

Crossways Residential Care Home is situated in the beautiful village of Lindfield with quick and easy access to Haywards Heath, while being a short walk from the village amenities, including local shops and Haywards Heath train station, this allows all residents to pursue an active and fulfilling lifestyle as much as they wish. Crossways Care Home offers permanent care and respite care and provides the highest possible for up to 25 elderly residents/

All rooms are decorated and fully furnished and we encourage residents and family members to bring their own personal belonging to make their room home from home.   20 of our rooms have en-suite facilities and all rooms come with telephone, TV and internet connection points.

All residents may be as private as they wish or make use of the friendly atmosphere in the main lounge or dining areas – Crossways benefits from an activity coordinator who plans a wide range of daily activities and events that can be enjoyed by everyone - Events and activities are based on residents' likes, dislikes and feedback to ensure they are inclusive and remain varied.

The hairdresser visits twice weekly and a chiropodist and optician are available on request. There are weekly exercise classes, art classes. Pets as therapy and our annual summer BBQ, as well as regular musical entertainers.

Dining is an important part of the day and here at Crossways with our qualified chefs, we make wholesome food for all residents, with all dietary and nutritional requirements catered for.

Our chefs take pride in producing a varied and well-prepared menu, using fresh locally sourced ingredients, catering for all tastes and preferences, with Sunday lunch being a firm residents favourite.
