Donna Bristow is Registered Manager at Winton House.
I have been working in the care industry for 28 years since leaving school. I have a deep love and affection for our older generation and I am passionate about being a part of a service that delivers exceptional care. I have worked for the Abbeyfield Maidenhead Society for 7 years and can honestly say that it is an honour and privilege to work for such a caring organisation. I became a registered manager in January 2013, where I have developed my knowledge and learning skills which include a QCF Level 5 in Residential Management. I am also passionate about developing my staff to their best potential, with effective training and support. I have three beautiful children and one grandson. As a family we all love to take part in Amateur Dramatics, I have a love for singing and also belong to a local church in Windsor.”
