I am honoured to be part of the team as Home Manager at Cuffley Manor Care Home and thrilled to join the TLC Family. I believe in our vision to be the number one UK leading Care Home of Excellence in Dementia, Nursing and Resident Care.
I started my nursing career in 2010, after I qualified as Registered Nurse, I worked in the NHS for three years however; moved to Private Healthcare to allow me to have further opportunities to build relationships with residents and their families. I have also achieved Accredited End Of Care Champion with Marie Curie Hospice Hospital and Outstanding CQC Rating.
I excel in delivering excellent care, I wake up every morning knowing that I will make a delivery to the lives of our residents and team. I pride myself on making the right choices for the team and residents, always acting in the best interest of those we are caring for; ensuring the team deliver a positive outcome for the residents to live happy and fulfilling lives.
