- Exceptional personal care and 24 hour support
- Modern features and facilities including a cinema, library, salon and wifi services throughout
- Three acres of well kept, landscaped gardens and orchards
- Nutritionally balanced meals, freshly-prepared throughout the day
- Comfortable, spacious and homely accommodation with the highest standards of cleanliness
- Daily activities that help stimulate the mind and body
Dane View's nursing services cover a wide range of illnesses and disabilities and our primary specialism is in dementia.
There are over 100 variants of dementia, and we care for residents who are living with Alzheimer’s disease, vascular dementia, and Korsakoff to name just a few.
Unfortunately, dementia in its more advanced stages can lead to residents displaying behavioural difficulties. This is why Dane View Care Home has specialist EMI (Elderly Mentally Infirm) and Dementia Units, so we can accommodate most forms of diagnosis in a safe and appropriate environment.
We are seeing growing numbers of residents with diabetes and we can help to manage that diagnosis too. Preparing and cooking food from a varied nutritional menu on site is important and is an advantage in caring for residents with diabetes.
Please contact us and have a discussion around the most appropriate care package for your loved one. Alternatively, use the yellow 'Book A Visit' button in the top right hand corner of our listing on Autumna and we will arrange a tour for you.

There are various strict guidelines in place which we follow to the letter. These include the five KLOES - CQC standards, and bi-weekly LFTs for staff. The important point is that the Group provides mandatory in-house training and ongoing assessments to ensure that staff follow rules & regulations, and best practise, precisely. |

Connectivity for resident testing, monitoring & communications |
---|
Infection control and the safety of both residents and staff often requires quarantine measures and the isolation of care home residents. To test, monitor and allow residents to communicate with relatives, the prevalence of room-level connectivity within the home is becoming increasingly relevant.
