Flavia Hansell is Home Manager at Goodwins Hall Care Home.
Flavia started at our sister home Amberley Hall as part of our housekeeping team, developing to become our Residential Care Manager.
Flavia prides herself on ensuring exceptional, person-centred care within our homes.
Flavia tells us she really enjoys training and mentoring her team and spending time with the residents in the community.
Outside of work, Flavia has 2 sons, a cockapoo called Arlo and her family are film buffs who like superhero, fantasy and action films.

Goodwins Hall prides itself on a daily programme of activities that provide a variety of entertainment for our residents that help aid their mind, body and soul. The residents love to engage and interact with all of our activities, including quizzes, games, pub sessions, arts and crafts, alcohol tasting, cooking, baking and more. One to one activities are on offer too, and we also schedule regular visits, calls or video chats for friends and relatives that are far away. |
