Originally from Scotland, I have now worked in care for 14 years within sheltered housing, extra care housing, care homes and nursing homes.
I want to ensure that my residents and my team are happy and seeing that brings me joy in my role. I love to create a warm, welcoming vibrant home and make an impact. The atmosphere is extremely important and ensuring that everyone I am responsible for feels part of our community and that each day is a good day and strive for positive feedback on what we do.
I believe everything that we do at Deer Park View, we put our heart and soul into, we are passionate about the work and believe in improving the lives of our residents. I always hope to have a positive impact on the place I work in and ensure we have a lively, full, and happy home.

Deer Park View Care Centre is a modern purpose-built care home with full ensuites to all rooms stands adjacent to the park and is within easy reach of Kingston-upon-Thames. There’s always plenty to do, with daily activities as well as trips out, to explore the individual shops, cafés and pubs in the area, as well as beautiful local attractions such as Hampton Court Palace. The River Thames is also close by, ideal for a boat trip on a sunny day.
