Tembie Nyirenda is Registered Manager at Absolute Care Service LTD.
My career in health and social care began as a part-time support worker while studying Accountancy. Driven by a passion for caring, I transitioned into the sector full-time, completing qualifications in Health & Social Care. My commitment and leadership skills were quickly recognized, leading to my promotion to Team Leader and subsequently Registered Home Manager, where I successfully transformed two residential homes into Supported Living Services.
In September 2021, I joined Absolute Care Service as a Domiciliary Registered Branch Manager. The company's commitment to a diverse culture and high-quality care aligned perfectly with my values. In September 2023, I was promoted to Community Registered Manager, where I continue to lead services rated as 'Good' by the Care Quality Commission (CQC). My journey reflects a deep dedication to enhancing care standards and a continuous pursuit of professional growth in the health and social care sector.
