Meet The Manager
Maggie Allison is Home Manager at Almond Valley.
Maggie is an established Home Manager who brings a great passion to the home and team at Almond Valley.
Throughout Maggie’s early years she gained many qualifications in Health & Social Care which led to a promotion to Deputy Manager in 2016.
After further studying for Management & Leadership qualifications in December 2018, she took on the Manager’s role.
Maggie is now our Home Manager, she has a great insight to the health and wellbeing of her residents, staff and their workload due to her starting at ground level.
Maggie’s knowledge and understanding of our residents and the home allows her to advise and support so that the best possible care is given to residents and equally to the support of her staff.
Nestled in the heart of West Lothian, Almond Valley Care Home is a modern, purpose-built facility offering an inviting and comfortable environment for its residents.
The home provides a wide range of tailored care services, including residential, dementia, nursing, palliative, and respite care. Each service is delivered with genuine compassion and respect, ensuring every resident feels valued and supported.

Almond Valley Care Home is a brand new 66 bedroom, purpose-built luxury care home across three floors. Each floor will have two communities, each with their own longe and dining room, which opens up onto their garden areas as well as a quiet room and accessible bathroom. |
