Kim Dean is General Manager at Arkhall Manor Care Home.

Kim has dedicated nearly 30 years to the health and social care sector, finding joy and fulfillment throughout her career. For the past 13 years, she has successfully managed care homes, driven by her belief that the elderly deserve to live happy, fun-filled lives with their daily living and choices respected in a caring and dignified manner. Kim is committed to ensuring that residents can live life to the fullest and achieve their goals in a supportive environment.

Her extensive experience spans various settings, including nursing, residential, and dementia care. From each of these roles, Kim has gained invaluable knowledge and skills, alongside cherished memories of the people she has cared for and their families. She believes that every person she cares for holds a special place in her heart.

Welcome to Arkall Manor, our new luxury care home in the heart of Tamworth, Staffordshire. Opened in Summer 2024, we are proud to offer outstanding 24-hour residential, respite, and dementia care to our residents. Ideally positioned just 20 minutes from Lichfield and 40 minutes from Birmingham, our location offers visitors the perfect blend of convenience and a peaceful community setting. 

Arkall Manor is dedicated to creating a warm and inviting atmosphere, catering to every resident's unique needs, and ensuring they feel truly at home.
