Our Registered Manager Nicola Williams has been a nurse for over 20 years, having taken multiple courses on leadership and management. Nicky’s track record for success within the healthcare industry is second to none having worked in setting up day care services and ensuring the wellbeing, adequacy and career progression of all the nursing staffs under her management. At Ashwood, you can feel assured that you and your loved ones will receive the best possible care under Nicky’s leadership.
We started Ashwood Care because we think that we can be the catalyst for the improvement of personal healthcare within our local communities and the wider region. Our founders have a long standing family history of carers with long standing, dedicated careers in this incredible industry for decades and we see day in day out the hard work and dedication they put in.
Collectively, we have various ideas and improvements that we can bring to the table to create a truly patient centric care company where patients and family can put their mind at ease knowing that their loved ones are in secure hands.
