Sharon Almey is the General Manager of Aspen Manor. She trained as a nurse and has over 35 years of experience working within the healthcare sector, spending 20 years of that as a care home manager. She is well respected for her caring nature, empathy, and leadership skills. Sharon joined the Alysia Caring Group in 2015 and has commissioned Cherry Blossom care home in Peterborough and Grand View care home in Stamford. Outside work, Sharon loves spending time with her family and has a variety of pets including horses and dogs.

Aspen Manor is centrally located in Oakham, Rutland and offers residents the highest level of care and facilities. Our engineers installed a telephone system, WiFi Network, and GHM’s own Nexus Care solution with smartphones. The telephone system and WiFi will ensure high-speed coverage throughout the entire home and grounds, keeping staff members in contact no matter where they are onsite. The bedrooms at Aspen Manor are beautifully decorated and have en-suite facilities. Residents are encouraged to bring along some home comforts for a personal and familiar touch. All rooms have a smart TV to watch all your favourite programmes. Each room also has a landline telephone with its own number to make and receive calls. Furthermore, there are no charges for local calls. |
