Our approach is one of individualised wellness which can address the underlying causes of any issues rather than just treating symptoms.

We have partnered with the Kyros Project, a team of highly respected experts in the fields of fitness, nutrition and physiology in order to champion active ageing. Under their careful guidance, and after a personal diagnostic assessment, a holistic programme covering lifestyle, nutrition and exercise, will be put together for each resident to promote optimum health and wellbeing. It is a truly bespoke experience.

Auriens offers 56 generously appointed one and two-bedroom apartments ranging in size from 900 sq ft to over 2,000 sq ft.

Echoing the classical Georgian architecture of the area, the spacious, fresh interiors are bathed in natural light and exude a relaxed elegance. Depending on the preferred aspect, apartments overlook either the surrounding streets of Chelsea or the private garden, with some benefitting from balconies or private courtyards.

Residences feature timber-panelled walls, triple-glazed windows, and smoked oak floors throughout. Each apartment is individual but all offer the finest craftsmenship with future-proof elements subtly incorporated.  

Wellness is an integral part of the design, such as the independent air supply in each residence which is separate from the rest of the building. In addition, ventilation rates are more than twice that required by British standards with pollution filtered from the outside air before it enters the apartments.
