Tracey has worked in the care sector for over 28 years. Starting her career as a carer, within three years she had worked her way up to be a manager. Tracey is passionate about kind care and ensuring that our residents health, happiness, and wellbeing is at the heart of everything we do. Tracey is a great believer in team work and loves being part of the Tanglewood team.
Avocet House Care Home, located in Boston’s Quadrant development, provides exceptional residential and dementia care in a modern, purpose-built facility. The home features 66 ensuite rooms with wet-room facilities, ensuring a comfortable stay. Residents enjoy a range of premium amenities, including a cinema, sky bar, hair salon, and landscaped gardens.
With a focus on personalised care, Avocet House promotes independence, offering tailored care plans to meet each resident's needs in a welcoming and supportive environment. All of our activities are tailored to meet our residents’ preferences and include everything from medications to likes and dislikes.
Our care home is conveniently located 1.9 miles away from the town centre, within easy reach of the Boston market held twice a week.
Avocet House included a dedicated and committed team who all help to ensure a high quality of life for residents. Our services have a focus on offering support that encourages positive growth and wellbeing.

Avocet House opened on 16 November 2020 and is a beautiful 3 storey, 66 bed purpose-built care home that successfully combines modern design with comfortable living. Each bedroom is spacious and bright, with an ensuite wet-room facilities. Residents are encouraged to personalise their own spaces to help them make it feel like home. |
