Mercy Kundishora is Registered Manager at Azelea Care Solutions (Live-in Care).
Mercy has been working in Health and social care sector for 18 years in various roles. She has risen from one role to another which gives her vast experience at every level of care. The experience she has gives her excellent communication skills both with her own staff and service users.
She passes on knowledge of healthcare regulations and procedures well to her team and that helps with her initial assessment and ongoing (provided by carers) of service user needs which brings out the best possible care plan tailored to the individual. In a crisis Mercy is very calm and always remains professional.
Mercy has good listening ear to all involved in the individual's care including their family. She continues to develop herself at any given opportunity.
