Narcis Militaru is Manager at Barley Manor Care Home.
Narcis joins us with nine years of experience in the senior care industry, before which he worked as a firefighter and paramedic. Narcis has been a qualified nurse since 2014, which is also the year he moved to England. Throughout his career, Narcis has been a Home Manager for several other care providers.
Looking to the future, Narcis is excited to form a reliable, strong and enthusiastic team who will work together to provide exceptional care and establish our home as a top choice in Cambridgeshire for nursing, residential and dementia care.
Outside of work, Narcis is a big fan of sports, particularly skiing, boxing, football and fishing! Narcis also has two children aged six and one, who he spends as much of his spare time with as possible.
