Eileen Devlin is Manager at Barlochan House Care Home.
Eileen has worked in the care industry for over 20 years and has been here at Barlochan House Care Home since 2017.
Eileen was a Senior Carer before becoming the Deputy Manager in 2019.
Eileen then took up the role of Home Manager in 2022 and has continued to lead the team in her relentless pursuit of excellent care and wellbeing for all residents and staff alike.
Set in the beautiful Scottish countryside, Barlochan House Care Home offers residential care for up to 50 residents.
The home is equipped with a dedicated dementia care unit, meaning that residents living with dementia receive specialist care which focuses on helping them live each day as happily as possible, whilst giving loved ones the peace of mind that they are safe and comfortable.
As well as dementia care, Barlochan House is able to offer care for mental health conditions, learning disabilities, physical disabilities, sensory impairments and old age. Each resident receives a personalised care plan which responds to their unique needs and preferences.
