Meet The Manager

Erica Neal is Home Manager at Bateman House.

"I am proud to be the home manager of this beautiful home Bateman House. My career in the care sector spans over 43 years and I have been a registered manager for over 30 years. My beautiful mom encouraged me to work in the care sector and has always been my inspiration and biggest advocate; she was so proud when I won the Great British Care Awards Registered Home Manager of the year in November 2022, and I dedicate my award to her.

I strive to and am passionate about making a positive difference to the lives of our residents, to treat them with respect and dignity, to uphold their right to make informed choices and decisions as to how they wish to live their lives and to work in the best interests of older people at all times."
