I’m proud to have been part of the Meallmore family for over 10 years, and stepping into the role of Home Manager at Bayview Care Home feels like the next exciting chapter in my journey.
Having spent years working closely with the Aberdeenshire team, I’ve developed a deep understanding of what it takes to create a warm, caring environment that feels like home. My passion for providing person-centred care has always driven me, and I’m committed to ensuring that every resident at Bayview experiences dignity, respect, and quality care at every stage of life.
For me, the most rewarding part of this job is the chance to make a positive difference in people’s lives every day. Whether it’s supporting our colleagues to grow in their roles or ensuring that our residents feel truly cared for, I’m passionate about leading Bayview with heart and dedication.
