Meet The Manager

Maggie Middleton is Manager at Beckenham Park Care Home.

I have had extensive senior management experience as a nurse and director in the NHS and private healthcare. I have found the move to Social care hugely rewarding in being able to focus on not only providing the highest quality care and physical security for our residents but also ensuring that we focus on mental and psychological well-being to maximise independence encouraging living well in later life.

I have an MBA from Brighton University, and I have maintained my registered nursing qualification specialising in Trauma, Orthopaedics and Ophthalmology. I also undertake CQC inspections up to three times per year as a specialist advisor for the CQC.

I am building a team that can offer a real sense of community and independent living, developing a home that will also become embedded within the Beckenham neighbourhood.

Residential, Nursing and Dementia Care in Beckenham

Nestled just west of Bromley and northeast of Croydon, Beckenham Park Care Home provides a luxurious setting where elderly residents can receive all the support they need when they need it. Here, we offer residential, dementia, nursing and respite care.

Couples and companions are warmly welcomed in our home where their well-being, comfort, and happiness are our top priority.

Our care philosophy is to ensure support is always tailored to meet individual needs. We create bespoke care plans that are regularly reviewed. The support we deliver ranges from assisted living for those who need a little bit of additional support with daily activities, to full nursing care, provided around the clock by our qualified nursing care team.

We also specialise in providing dementia care in Beckenham. Through our innovative programme, our team uses life story work to help us get to know residents impacted by dementia. Knowing a person allows our team to engage in a meaningful way and provide the right level of support.

Beckenham Park Care Home has been built to make sure you or your loved one can enjoy a fulfilling life in the most luxurious of settings. It features 100 private apartments across three floors – with rooms varying from spacious studios to large one-bedroom suites, complete with ensuite wet rooms and kitchenettes.

Beyond their own rooms, residents will find even more to love about the home. We’re proud of our warm, friendly atmosphere, in which we celebrate life together. There are always opportunities to bond with like-minded residents. And our splendid facilities, which include a restaurant, bistro-style pub, cinema, hair salon and a spa bathroom ensure there’s never a dull moment!

Infection control and the safety of both residents and staff often requires quarantine measures and the isolation of care home residents. To test, monitor and allow residents to communicate with relatives, the prevalence of room-level connectivity within the home is becoming increasingly relevant.
