At Beechwood Park wellbeing is at the fore front and with this in mind we have plenty to offer, be it exclusive use of the fitness suite and spa facilities or taking part in one of our weekly wellbeing classes; such as walking group, falls prevention class, armchair yoga, yoga, Tai Chi to name a few.
