Amanda Roy is Home Manager at Beeston Rise.
I started working in the care sector over 14 years ago. Throughout my career I have always tried to better myself and learn as much as possible about my chosen profession, which enables me to provide quality care to vulnerable people, at the highest possible standards but also support other members of the team to be the best version of themselves. My managerial experience began in 2018, when I became the responsible person for the management of medication in a 66 bed, luxury care service and from there I progressed to Deputy manager, Care manager and latterly the Home Manager of the same service that I helped commission in 2017 and was instrumental in the home attaining a CQC Outstanding rating. To be appointed as Home Manager and to be able to take Beeston Rise forward, is indeed, a wonderful opportunity, which has afforded me to put all my existing knowledge, skills and experience to good use.
Beeston Rise provides residential and dementia care in luxury surroundings with high-end facilities.
Underpinning all of this is care and expertise of the highest standard, which Tanglewood has become synonymous with in the local area and beyond.
