Meet The Manager

Samantha Anderson is Registered Manager at Belmont Homecare Services Ltd.

There isn’t anything about home care Sam doesn’t know, and with her 20 years of experience working for the NHS and Social Care sector, she is well placed to develop a hands-on approach to home care.

Sam says: “I’ve been in the care industry for nearly 20 years, the role has adapted with me and my family, I’ve been branch manager of a large company managing the operations of thousands of hours of care and the 50 carers to provide it, but my real passion is as a carer providing personal care that provides a positive impact on an individual’s life."

Sam’s wish is to leave the corporate world behind and go back to basics with hands-on care as she develops a boutique team of dedicated Belmont at Home carers.
