Meet The Manager
Mandy Boyd is Manager at Blenham House Nursing Home.
"I came to Blenham House in 2007 when it was newly opened. It has been a challenge and somewhat of a labour of love to have helped shape it into what we have today – something that would have been impossible without the dedication and hard work of our great staff.
I hope (and know) that our residents and their families feel that this is their home. We try very hard to respect the choices of individuals – which leads to quite a diverse little community here. I know I am doing my job well when I can see lots of smiling faces – both residents and staff!"
Blenham House Care Home opened in 2006. It is situated in the bustling neighbourhood of Sighthill in Edinburgh and provides high-quality nursing care for older people in a community setting.

At Blenham House, we have 60 single bedrooms with spacious ensuite shower facilities arranged over three floors. Two lifts access each of the three floors. The freshly decorated bedrooms have telephone and Internet access, a wall-mounted TV, and a nurse call system for prompt assistance. |
