Ellie Binding is Registered Manager at Bloomfield Care.
"I began my career in the care industry at the age of 18, starting in forensic mental health services as a Healthcare Assistant (HCA). Over the years, I transitioned into community-based settings, where I steadily advanced into leadership and management roles.
My ethos is rooted in a culture of care and compassion. I am dedicated to innovating and implementing person-centred approaches that ensure the delivery of high-quality care. My commitment to these principles drives me to continuously seek ways to improve the lives of those in my care.
Outside work, I cherish spending time with my young family and husband. Another great passion of mine is horses, and I enjoy any opportunity to engage with them."
