Meet The Manager
Deena Malvin is Registered Care Manager at Bluebird Care East Suffolk, Great Yarmouth & Lowestoft.
Deena has many years of experience in Health & Social Care and specialises in Dementia Care Autism & Learning Difficulties. She joined Bluebird Care in 2021 as a Care Supervisor after a long career in the Military and is now our Registered Care Manager.We asked Deena what she thinks makes an effective Care Manager. Deena responded: “Great communication is the cornerstone of managing a team of carers. It ensures everyone is working together towards the common goal of providing the best care possible.”
In her spare time, Deena enjoys gardening, eating out and spending time with her family.
