Laura Nightingale is Manager at Bluebird Care Manchester North and Salford.

Laura began her career in the care sector in 2004 when she moved to Canada and shared home with people who had Learning Disabilities and Mental Health needs. After enjoying the experience, she continued her career in care when returning home to England.

Laura has gained experience caring for people with a range of health needs and is currently working towards her Diploma in Leadership and Management, alongside her role as Care Manager for Bluebird Care Manchester North & Salford.

Her beliefs about ensuring people receive quality care that is personalised to them and where they are treated with dignity and respect is shaped by personal experiences of family members using care agencies. Laura recognises the important of having well trained staff teams, and enjoys working with them to achieve their ambitions.
