Meet The Manager
Christiana Ajao is Home Deputy Manager at Brackley Care Home.
Christiana is an experienced nurse who has worked in both hospitals and the private health sector for 28 years. She has been in management roles in care homes since 2006. She is very proud of Brackley Care Home, describing it as a lovely environment for residents and a real home from home. She loves working for Kingsley because it is a family-run company that values its staff and wants the best for its residents who always come first.
Brackley Care Home is set in beautiful landscaped gardens on the outskirts of Brackley, a small market town in Northamptonshire, close to the borders with Oxfordshire and Buckinghamshire.
Its spacious, purpose-built facilities make the perfect setting for nursing, residential, dementia and respite care.
Brackley is just a few minutes’ drive from the neighbouring towns of Towcester, Banbury, Buckingham and Bicester and only 20 miles from Oxford and Northampton.

In designing the home, we have focused on the comfort and needs of our residents, creating an environment perfectly suited to modern living. All 66 bedrooms have hotel standard ensuite facilities with generous and comfortable living space. To enable our residents to carry on living their life to the full we have anticipated every leisure need, providing a cinema room, library, café and hairdressing salon. We are sure you will love our choice of décor and furniture that has created a relaxed ambience combined with the highest levels of comfort. Outside, we have extensive gardens with beautiful landscape architecture, including a water feature. |
