Bradshaw Manor is a purpose-built home set in landscaped gardens adjacent to the main promenade in Rhyl. We provide 24-hour nursing care and support to older people. Bradshaw Manor also provides expert care for people living with dementia, including Alzheimer’s disease. The main town is within easy walking distance of the home and enjoys excellent public transport links with a bus stop right on our doorstep.

Bradshaw Manor is surrounded by a wealth of local attractions including the Rhyl Pavilion Theatre, the events arena and a lovely bowling green. The home enjoys the best of both worlds in terms of its location with Chester just 30 minutes drive away via the A55, and the beautiful Welsh country side, with the landscapes of the Conway Valley and Llandudno quite literally on our doorstep.

Activities Are So Important

We are always very busy here at Bradshaw Manor, with lots of different activities available to residents, including arts and crafts, baking club, gardening, flower arranging, 'Music & Movement', 'Time to Listen and a Tipple', group walks, a weekly visit from Shasta the pet therapy dog, one-to-one sessions with residents, weekly hairdresser visits, monthly minibus trips, music memories with Arfon fortnightly, a gentleman's club, a knit & natter club, monthly entertainment, Memory Café on our Memory lane community; aromatherapy sessions, bible stories, music memories, film afternoons with a fresh popcorn machine, reminiscence workshops, and the old favorites: bingo and quizzes.

Our aim is to provide fun and therapeutic activities for everyone to benefit from. At Bradshaw Manor, we endeavor to provide the best we can for everyone we support. As we say: the residents do not live in our workplace – we work in their home.
