Brook House has been providing care in Wooburn Green for over 30 years. Our long-standing staff have created a supportive environment, catering to residents’ independent needs and enabling them to flourish as individuals.
Our home offers both long-term and respite stays across a range of needs such as dementia, stroke and brain injury.
We work with families, the Buckinghamshire local authority, the Clinical Commissioning Group and our GP to ensure a tailormade person centred care plan is developed for each of our residents. This enables all our residents to live happy and fulfilling lives.

Infection control and the safety of both residents and staff often requires quarantine measures and the isolation of care home residents. To test, monitor and allow residents to communicate with relatives, the prevalence of room-level connectivity within the home is becoming increasingly relevant.
