Brookfields House retirement community in Newcastle-under-Lyme offers 75 privately owned 1, 2, and 3-bedroom apartments designed for those who want to enjoy modern, stylish living in a safe and secure environment.

We are open for appointments from 10 am to 5 pm Monday through Saturday. Please call us on 01782 958850 to learn more with a personal visit.

We would love to show you around and offer private appointments to view the show apartments. During your tour, you can discuss the one, two, and three-bedroom apartments in detail and view the on-site restaurant, homeowners’ lounge, hairdressing salon, therapy suite, and activities studio. Please feel free to bring family or a friend along, too

Our 24-hour on-site team at Brookfields House provides the reassurance that both you and your family appreciate and the peace of mind that, in any event, help is immediately on hand 365 days a year. Whilst most homeowners don’t need an optional personal care package, it’s good to know the option is there when and if it is needed.

Our coffee lounges, restaurants and homeowners’ lounges at Brookfields House are a hive of activity. They provide a meeting place, community hub, and place for our homeowners to socialise.

The coffee lounge features fresh coffee at the touch of a button, a ‘bean to cup’ machine, and an honesty bar.

Grab your favourite coffee and a newspaper before heading out to make the most of your day.

If you prefer a more leisurely start, why not enjoy a cooked breakfast in the restaurant? You can dine in style at a time that suits you, with breakfast served daily from 8.30am to 9.30am and lunchtime meals available between 12pm and 1.45pm.

Friends and family are welcome to join you, so why not invite them for breakfast, lunch or a light bite?
