David is very proud to lead a team in which every team member is totally committed to their residents, no matter their job role.
All our team at Brooklands Care Home are trained in dementia awareness and person-centred care. This strong team is united in a shared vision, based on promoting independence, being inclusive and treating everyone as an individual.

The dedicated activities coordinator ensures individual interests and hobbies are always facilitated. With organised regular activity events and themed days providing opportunities for fun and laughter and the staff and residents to come together. Resident daily activities always incorporate seasonal celebrations and special events such as birthdays and our chef always bakes a cake! |
