Cristina Iliuta is General Manager at Cadbury Hall Care Home.
Hello. My name is Cristina and I am the General Manager here at Cadbury Hall.
I joined Barchester in 2017 and have gained a lot of experience during that time. I am very proud of my work and get a lot of satisfaction from providing high standards of care and guiding the team. As the General Manager I am responsible for the overall running of Cadbury Hall and assisted in this by a great team of staff. It is hugely rewarding to be able to support our residents and help them to lead fully enriched lives in their new homes.
My door is always open to anyone considering care for themselves or for a loved one. Please do not hesitate to contact our home and I will do my utmost to assist you in whatever way I can.
You’ll find Cadbury Hall Care Home on the village high street of Yatton, and just a short drive from Bristol city. Our Care team offer excellent 24-hour residential care in a warm and friendly environment. Alongside long-term care, we also offer short-term breaks for respite and intermediate care. Our experienced and dedicated team are ready to deliver exceptional standards of compassionate care, which focus on the individual needs of each resident.
We run a busy activities programme so that our residents can get the most out of every day, including visits from entertainers, pantos, and choirs. We regularly have the local schools come along and visit our residents, which always puts a smile on their faces. Residents at Cadbury Hall have a choice of television lounges and quiet rooms, all perfect places to welcome friends and relatives. In the warmer months people also enjoy our secure and well maintained gardens with their ample seating. We have good connections with the local churches, schools and Cadbury garden centre who visit regularly.

Connectivity for resident testing, monitoring & communications |

Infection control and the safety of both residents and staff often requires quarantine measures and the isolation of care home residents. To test, monitor and allow residents to communicate with relatives, the prevalence of room-level connectivity within the home is becoming increasingly relevant. Activities Are So Important |

Activities are an integral part of life at our care home. We want to ensure that the people we support have as much fun as possible during their time with us, so it’s important that our activities programme is created with the interests of residents in mind.
